ITALY AND BULGARY AT THE END OF THE SECOND WORLD WAR
AND AT THE BEGINNING OF THE COLD WAR

Mantova [Italy]                           Sofia [Bulgaria]

This work has been encouraged by The European Council, that has invited the schools of the member states to deal , together with other countries, with one of the most important dates in contemporary history: the year 1945 was among those. Studying the historical events that took place around it, students of “Lyceum Artis” in Sofia and of ITIS “E. Fermi” in Mantua have created this site. It is the result of the answers that the students of the two schools involved have reciprocally ask each other, the Bulgarians about Italian history, the Italians about Bulgarian history. In conclusion, the present work represents a thematic study of the situations of the two countries between the end of the Second World War and the beginning of the Cold War.
